ABOUT THE LASEC BUSINESS CONNECT PROGRAM
LASEC Business Connect is the official supplier procurement program of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission. Our team works to match the capabilities of local business owners with the opportunities available through premiere sports and entertainment events in Los Angeles. The program identifies talented and experienced entrepreneurs capable of providing goods and services for major events, offering them professional development, mentorship, and resources to help grow their businesses and successfully compete for contracting opportunities.
Eligibility requires certification as a minority, woman, LGBTQ+, person with disabilities, or veteran-owned business that provides services that match the event production needs of our clients.
Since launching the program during Super Bowl LVI in 2022, Business Connect suppliers have worked every major event in Los Angeles including the College Football Playoff National Championship, GRAMMY Awards, U.S. Open Championship, NBA All-Star Game, and U.S. Women’s Open, and are currently working to support FIFA World Cup 2026™, Super Bowl LXI, and the 2028 Olympic & Paralympic Games.

MAYOR KAREN BASS
City of Los Angeles
“The strength of local diverse businesses is the backbone of our local economy, and we must continue to support our business now, as we gear up for the major events that Los Angeles will host in the year to come.”
R.J. ORR
Executive Vice President & Partner, bluemedia
“The reason l’d recommend Business Connect to other events looking to outsource contracts is because these companies have been vetted. The entire Business Connect team does an amazing job compiling and then vetting all of the Business Connect suppliers to make sure that they will meet the requirements put forth by the Contractors. This is just not a haphazard list put together for the sake of providing some local businesses. A lot of hard work goes into compiling the list.”
