The Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission announces that local food vendors from the Business Connect program recently showcased their cuisines at the U.S. Open Tasting event hosted by Ridgewells Catering and the United States Golf Association (USGA).
The tasting was held on Wednesday, February 15 at the Los Angeles Country Club, host venue for the 2023 U.S. Open Championship taking place June 12-18. A total of 9 Business Connect companies participated in the tasting event for an opportunity to be selected to partner with Ridgewells in catering the 2023 U.S. Open.
Vendors included restaurants, bakeries and purveyors specializing in freshly pressed juices, coffee and salads.
Businesses that participated in the tasting include:

- Kathy’s Kitchen
- Mr. Fries Man
- RiosZonas Acai
- Sip & Sonder
- Sushi Koo
- Toss It Up Salad
Ridgewells will select the vendors based on factors including food quality, portion size and cost.
